ProConnect Digital provides various digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

Service Selection

Clients can select the services they require. Each service will have a checkbox for selection:

• Search Engine Marketing: [ ] Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.

Payment Terms

• Clients must pay 50% of the agreed amount as an advance within the first five business days of service inception.
• The remaining 50% must be paid by the end of the billing cycle.
• The payment cycle is monthly and continues until the service is terminated by either the client or ProConnect Digital with advance notice.
• If the client fails to pay on time, ProConnect Digital may halt work until the payment is cleared.
• If the client terminates the service mid-cycle, the full amount for the current billing cycle is payable.

Additional Costs

• Clients must provide raw data like images or videos as needed.
• Exclusive content involving third-party service providers, like influencers or photographers, will require advance payment by the client.
• Clients must pay additional ad expenses separately from ProConnect Digital’s service charges. The ad budget and social media calendar will be discussed and confirmed by the client.

Responsibilities

• ProConnect Digital will perform thorough market research, competitor analysis, and strategy formulation.
• Clients must provide timely raw data and confirm budgets and social media calendars.
• ProConnect Digital does not guarantee specific business outcomes from marketing initiatives and is not responsible for the quality or quantity of business received.

Freelancers and Third-Party Providers

• ProConnect Digital may work with freelancers or third-party service providers to achieve optimal results.
• Clients must not engage with these freelancers or ProConnect Digital employees separately.
• In case of agreement termination, clients must not approach ProConnect Digital employees or freelancers for direct engagement.

Data Handling and Reporting

• ProConnect Digital may require existing business leads for remarketing.
• Clients can request engagement reports at any time.
• Clients must provide exact results from marketing activities for optimization.

Intellectual Property

• ProConnect Digital retains the right to use the client’s name/brand in their portfolio.
• All content created by ProConnect Digital remains the intellectual property of ProConnect Digital until full payment is received.

Changes to Terms

ProConnect Digital reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
