Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellation by Client:
    • Clients may cancel the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to ProConnect Digital.

  2. Mid-Cycle Cancellation:
    • If a client cancels the service mid-cycle, the client is required to pay the full amount for the current billing cycle.
    • No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

    • Clients are encouraged to provide at least 30 days’ notice for cancellation to allow for a smooth transition and termination of services.

Refund Policy

  1. Advance Payments:
    • Advance payments made at the beginning of the service are non-refundable except in the case of service non-performance by ProConnect Digital.
  2. Non-Performance:
    • If ProConnect Digital fails to perform the agreed-upon services, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund. The determination of non-performance and any refund amount will be at the sole discretion of ProConnect Digital.
  3. Service Dissatisfaction:
    • If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they must notify ProConnect Digital in writing, detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.
    • ProConnect Digital will work with the client to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be considered based on the services already rendered.

Additional Costs and Exclusive Content

  1. Third-Party Service Providers:
    • Payments made to third-party service providers, such as influencers or photographers, are non-refundable.
    • Clients must pay these costs in advance as discussed and agreed upon with ProConnect Digital.
  2. Ad Expenses:
    • Any ad expenses incurred are non-refundable once the ads have been launched.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  1. Billing Cycle:
    • The billing cycle is monthly, and payments are due as specified in the service agreement.
    • If a client fails to pay on time, ProConnect Digital may suspend services until payment is received.
  2. Late Payments:
    • Late payments may incur additional fees, and services may be halted until all dues are cleared.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Resolution Process:
    • In the event of a dispute, the client must first attempt to resolve the issue by contacting ProConnect Digital directly at hello@proconnectdigital.com.
    • If a resolution cannot be reached, the client may seek arbitration or legal remedies as governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
